Yu-Chun joined Royalty Pharma in 2019, and was promoted to SVP, External Reporting & SOX Compliance in 2025. Previously, Yu-Chun served as Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting at Shutterfly, where she led business combination accounting procedures, including valuation work for several large acquisitions. Prior to joining Shutterfly, Yu-Chun was an audit senior manager at EY, where she focused primarily on technology companies, including both large publicly traded corporations and high-growth private firms. Yu-Chun holds both a BS and MS in accounting from Arizona State University and is a licensed CPA in the states of Arizona and California.
