Elizabeth Weatherman

Bess Weatherman is a Special Limited Partner of Warburg Pincus LLC, a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing.  She joined Warburg Pincus in 1988, became a partner in 1996, and served as a member of the Executive Management Group from 2001 to 2016.  She led the firm’s Healthcare Group from 2008 to 2015.  Bess currently serves on the boards of Insulet Corp. (NASDAQ:PODD) and Stanford Health Care.  She served on the board of Stanford University from 2020 to 2026 and Mount Holyoke College from 2016 to 2026.  Ms. Weatherman holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
