Alessandra joined Royalty Pharma in 2020. Previously, she was the Head of Human Capital at Exodus Point Capital Management where she oversaw the firm’s growth from 60 to 420 employees and an expansion to 8 offices around the world. Prior to that, Alessandra was the Head of Human Capital at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors where she developed and implemented the firm’s policies and procedures.
From 2007-2014 Alessandra was the Head of Human Resources at Brevan Howard, a leading global alternative investment management firm. She was responsible for all of the US offices and worked closely with the Global Head of HR. In addition to being the Head of Human Resources, Alessandra was also the CCO for the US entities.
Alessandra holds an MBA from New York University.
