Errol De Souza, PhD

Dr. De Souza is the former Executive Chairman of Bionomics Ltd. Previously, Errol held various management positions at companies including President, CEO & Director at Biodel from March 2010 to January 2016, Founder, Executive Vice President of R&D and Director at Neurocrine Biosciences from October 1992 to August 1998, President, CEO & Director at Synaptic Pharmaceutical Corporation from September 2002 to March 2003, and Senior Vice President & Head of US R&D at Hoechst Marion Roussel Pharmaceuticals and Aventis Pharmaceuticals (now Sanofi) from September 1998 to September 2002. Errol has a BA in physiology from the University of Toronto and a PhD in neuroendocrinology from the University of Toronto and was a postdoctoral fellow in neuroscience at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
